Donate to Support Squash Growth and Athlete Development in 2024 and Beyond

With the LA2028 announcement in October that squash will be included in the Olympic Games for the first time ever, the entire world of squash players let out a collective breathe - finally! But what now? There is a lot of work to be done by all to make this a home run for the Games so that squash will be included as a permanent sport. For us, that means putting our resources behind our largest growth targets ever.

Women & Girls Online Winter Fitness Training

Squash Ontario is teaming up with The Barre Teja for our online women & girls training program!  This is a 10 week program leading into our Ontario Open that includes daily workout videos and a group workout online once per week, all geared towards building strength and agility specifically for the squash athlete. Our goal is to offer physical training to the entire Ontario women's squash community so that they will see improvement on and off the court and will be physically ready to compete in tournaments.
