After 20 long months, Squash Ontario Provincial Championships are BACK! The 2021 Ontario Masters Championships took place Halloween weekend at Mayfair Lakeshore. Tournament Chair Manu Dutt and Tournament Referee Bob Mansbridge didn’t miss a beat and ran a smooth event for all players coming out of competitive hibernation, pulled hamstrings and all!

The Squash Ontario team can’t thank everyone enough for participating this past weekend. It’s such a delight to have everyone back together and seeing all the smiles under those masks.

For the 4th year in a row (except for 2020), this event has featured a team challenge to encourage players to invite their home club teammates out to add some team competition to an individual tournament. To determine the winning team, points are giving out to the top 5 finishers in each draw, with 5 points given for 1st place, 4 for 2nd place, etc. Pictured above you’ll see the 3rd time winners Mayfair Parkway! Parkway succeeded thanks to 4 players securing a championship title! Runner up was Ontario Racquet Club and 3rd place finisher was Mayfair Lakeshore.

Big congrats to all of the 2021 Ontario Masters Champions:
