This 4-week outdoor fitness program will take place at Cedarvale Park in midtown Toronto. Certified Personal Trainer and squash professional, Nikki Todd, will be leading the squash specific workouts. While remaining socially distanced, participants will take part in a variety of different workouts geared towards squash players, including HIIT, body weight exercises, agility ladder and stairs work. Exercises will be modified for those who require more or less difficulty!
Workouts will be limited to first 9 people to register and will be run in accordance to government protocols. Squash Ontario will run two back-to-back sessions Tuesday evenings if entry numbers allow for it.
Location: Cedarvale Park, 443 Arlington Ave, Toronto (parking available at Phil White Arena)
Dates and Time: Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 pm (July 6 - July 27)
Cost: $60 plus HST
Equipment: waterbottle and mat or towel required each week. Any additional equipment will be provided by trainer.
