What you will learn: Ahad Raza is a mentor, coach, and soon-to-be author for competitive athletes and others who are pursuing excellence in their arena. He facilitates programs for squash, fitness, and more recently the Life-Strong Program - your treasure map to a successful life. Life-Strong incorporates mindfulness training (and many other skills) into squash specific scenarios, and gives you the tools and tactics to achieve your vision. Ahad will offer monthly sessions to walk you through his program, and help you navigate the bumpy road we are leaving behind.

In this training, learn how to create an effective training plan for squash, to minimize injury and maximize performance. This means more time on court, and more fun on court! As we come off the covid lockdowns this topic is more important than ever before.

We discuss what to do, when to do it, and why it works! You will leave the webinar with a MUCH clearer understanding of how to optimize your fitness for squash!
