Workout Wednesdays

Cost: $40 plus HST for the 4-week program

Are you looking for squash specific training? Or workout buddies from your beloved squash community? Look no further! Squash Ontario will be hosting a 4-week workout program of squash specific training sessions led by members of Team Canada. WORKOUT WEDNESDAYS will take place on, you guessed it, every Wednesday for a month.

This 4-week program is a bundled package at a VERY cheap price for Squash Ontario members. All ages and levels are welcome! Our coaches will modify exercises to be easier or harder for those who require modifications. Each workout will be led by a different coach and will include their favourite exercises. All sessions will include a warm up, cool down and can be done from home. (Equipment optional)

Bonus: DJ LSAC will be on the 1's and 2's to keep you all motivated and moving with some funky beats.

Nikki Todd, WR #60 in singles and World #1 in Women's Doubles

Nick Sachvie, two-time Canadian Men's Champion and HWR#64

Mike McCue, currently ranked #1 in Canada and HWR#78
