As reported by Squash Canada, the 2024 Pan American Junior Squash Championships in Quito, Ecuador have ended, and Team Canada has come away with four bronze medals. The Championship, which ran from June 16-22, featured individual men’s and women’s, men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed doubles, men’s team, and women’s team events. 

World class squash will return to the iconic Brookfield Place in Toronto, October 27 – 31, 2024 with the Canadian Women’s Open headlining a celebration of our sport, including Squash Canada’s official Los Angeles 2028 Olympic launch.

Recently, Squash Ontario has successfully supported four groundbreaking programs designed to make our sport more accessible and welcoming to all. These programs include the Newcomer to Canada programs and Mixed Abilities Squash Programs, aimed at fostering diversity and inclusion within our squash community.

The 2024 Squash Ontario charity golf classic was held on Thursday 6th June at Pheasant Run Golf Club.

On April 19th, Ridley College celebrated the opening of the new Jack Aylott Squash Centre five court facility with Ridley's squash community, which consisted of a group of alumni, parents, faculty and current Ridley squash players, filled with excitement about the future of the game at Ridley.

Over 290 of Canada’s top squash players participated in the 2024 AirSprint Private Aviation Canadian Squash Championships this past weekend in Calgary, AB. Ontario players Hollie Naughton (Open) and Kathy Cowper (65+) dominated their divisions without dropping a single game along the way!
