Ontario Athletes Crowned Canadian Champions
Over 290 of Canada’s top squash players participated in the 2024 AirSprint Private Aviation Canadian Squash Championships this past weekend in Calgary, AB. The event took place at The Glencoe Club, which was host to the Power Glass Court and at secondary venue the Bow Valley Club.
The Canadian Championships is always the final event of the season that so many players train throughout the season for. With almost 300 players spread across the various age and level categories, 25 new champions were crowned. Ontario players Hollie Naughton (Open) and Kathy Cowper (65+) dominated their divisions without dropping a single game along the way! This is Hollie’s 5th title in the Open division and Kathy’s 4th title spread amongst different age categories.
