This week in our Corporate Partner Profile, we feature one of the newest supporters of Squash Ontario in 2019-20, Forthlane Partners. When Martha Simmons agreed to sit on the SO fundraising committee, like all of it’s members, she brought with her a passion for growing the sport and also financial resources to back it up. Martha, the Chief Education Officer at Forthlane Partners, with her two very active under 13 juniors, has developed a deep appreciation for the incredible community within our sport and the type of character development and leadership skills that we are collectively nurturing for our young athletes. Forthlane, wanting to get more involved with the sport, immediately stepped up to sponsor the Junior Gold #1 tournament and become a gold corporate partner. Founder and CEO Ken Grewal attended our parent wine and cheese at the event which also included our first SO alumni reception and was immediately struck by the synergies between his firm and our community. He remarked at how tight knit the families in attendance were and how a communal energy surrounding the competition existed.
Forthlane Partners is a holistic multi-family office whose mission is to professionalize and humanize how families engage with their wealth and with each other. Forthlane provides services to ultra-high net worth families that go beyond those provided by traditional wealth managers or multi-family offices. Specifically, Forthlane offers families access to institutional-grade wealth planning, global investment management, private market opportunities and family education and continuity support. In serving families, Forthlane focuses equally on four interconnected types of wealth: values wealth, physical and mental wealth, relationship wealth and financial wealth. This approach provides for an unparalleled multi-family office experience.
Squash Ontario thanks the Simmons Family and Forthlane Partners for their incredible support of junior squash in our province.
