The 2020 Troilus Canada Cup Squash returns to GTA clubs February 21st-25th with thanks to host venue, The Cambridge Club and Squash Revolution. For squash fans in Ontario, this is a must-attend event where several of the top-20 players in the world will descend on different clubs around Toronto to compete in Canada's largest Professional Squash Association prize money event. $100,000.00 is on the line as well as coveted PSA Silver level rankings points at The Cambridge Club, Toronto Athletic Club, Ontario Racquet Club, Ten X Toronto and One Health Club.
Top seeds arriving in Toronto will include Egypt's Tarek Momen (WR#3), the current World Champion and Kiwi Paul Coll (WR#5), World Championships finalist.The defending Canada Cup champion Peru's Diego Ellias (PRU WR#8) returns as the 3rd seed while PSA rising star Welshman Joel Makin (WAL WR#12) rounds the 4th spot. The top four are joined by twenty more world class PSA pros to round up the 2020 CCS draw. This is a dream field indeed!
Now in it's 10th year, this event has crowned past champions big names in squash such as Amr Shabana, Ramy Ashour, Mohamed El Shorbagy, Greg Gautlier, Nick Matthew, Tarek Momen, Max Lee, and most recently Diego Elias.
