Join the Squash Ontario community in a virtual fitness challenge to kick start our return to the courts! This is a four week program with a new fitness challenge each week. Results will be scored using a points system, with the winner of each division crowned at the end of the program.

Rules and Regulations:
Divisions: Mixed Masters (55+)/Men (under 55)/Women (under 55)
Winners of each division receive Squash Ontario apparel swag bag, bragging rights and social media highlight!
You will be ranked based off each exercise result. Person with best overall score wins! questionable results will be challenged
You will receive a reminder and new video each week with exercises to complete, highlighting proper technique ( July 5th, July 12th, July 19th, July 26th)
Enter results in the excel spreadsheet provided and email it to Lauren (programs@squashontario.com) by July 26th
For those interested, results will be compiled and shared anonymously so you can see where you fit into the group overall
All exercises will be easy to measure and won't require equipment except for a timer
Sample exercises: squats, alternating lunges, push ups, sit ups, short runs and ab exercises.
Cost: $10 plus HST
