We've teamed up with PLANtoWIN.ca to offer five distinct 28-day squash fitness training plans for you this upcoming season - Core Strength, Stability & Balance, Bodyweight Strength & Power, Interval Cardio Conditioning, and Solo Foundations. Each training plan is hosted on the TeamBuildr app which makes navigating your workouts and tracking your progress easy. And not only do you get a custom workout calendar that best matches your schedule, you also have the support of Coach Derek every step of the way.
