Squash Ontario is a not-for-profit that relies on the support of donors to enable sport growth and athlete development programs that wouldn’t operate at all without it. All donations made to the Lee Hanebury Junior Squash Fund will receive a tax receipt.
Our plans to grow the sport and invest in junior squash are only possible with the support of the Ontario squash community. The Ontario squash community is truly one of a kind and we thank everyone who wishes to contribute to growing this amazing game.
In addition to our donation portal, three different programs are available whereby your participation will directly support Squash Ontario’s growth initiatives. Have a look below!
1. Four-Week Squash-Specific Fitness Training Plans with PLANtoWIN.ca. We’ve teamed up with PLANtoWIN.ca to offer fitness training plans for ambitious squash players, operated by Derek Vandenbrink, Exercise Physiologist and High Performance Specialist, and the co-creator of the Squash Canada Technical and Physical Performance Testing Battery for National Squad Players. PLANtoWIN.ca builds professional strength and conditioning training plans for ambitious squash players just like you. They help you play your best when it matters the most by getting you a fitness training plan that is specific to your goals and focuses your efforts.
Choose one of five programs each month: Core Strength, Bodyweight Strength & Power, Stability & Balance, Interval Cardio Conditioning, or Solo Foundation.
