Window Film Systems Ontario Doubles Championships 2022

With our third consecutive weekend of provincial championships coming up, it is time to highlight winners from this past weekend’s 2022 Window Film Systems Ontario Doubles Championships at Mayfair Parkway, Markham. It was an amazing weekend filled with competitive matches, team outfits and rowdy crowds!

With almost 40 teams entered from across the province, we had a jam-packed schedule! Players were competing for titles in Men’s & Women's A, B, C, and Open Divisions. Last year’s Open champions Nikki Todd and Cole Osborne successfully defended their titles with their new partners Melina Turk and Will Mariani.

A huge shout out to the tournament chair Cory McCartney, who ran his third tournament in a row this month and competed in the Men’s Open draw! Our tournament official, Robert Dube, ensured that there was a referee for every match and helped organize an amazing team of officials to assist when needed. A special thank you to the Richmond Hill Squash Club for lending us their court for Saturday matches!
