Squash Ontario is thrilled to announce our newest Gold Corporate Partner and the Official Imaging Clinic of the Association. The Toronto Centre for Medical Imaging (TCFMI), located in the heart of Toronto's financial district, is a state-of-the-art clinic providing X-Ray, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Density Testing and Echocardiography and will become a valuable resource to the squash community.
TCFMI is proud to be the official imaging partner of Squash Ontario. TCFMI is a referral centre for sports medicine physicians in downtown Toronto. The Radiologist has developed an expertise in diagnosing injuries for amateur and professional athletes in a wide variety of athletic endeavours from Hockey to racquet sports. Squash players are particularly at risk of injury, either of an acute nature or from repetitive stress from their shoulders to their knees and everything in between.
TCFMI offers a wide range of services, including the first Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS) system in a dedicated imaging facility in Ontario which improves breast cancer detection for women with dense breasts on mammography. Please visit tcfmi.com for more details on ABUS and other offerings.
TCFMI takes pride in making appointments for all of our studies available to our patients with a minimal wait time of 1 to 2 days. The studies are performed by highly trained technologists using state-of-the-art equipment and interpreted by Radiologists with special expertise in musculoskeletal imaging.
