Job Summary:
- Responsible for providing ongoing exceptional service to all members
- Co-ordination of leagues, Round Robins, Ladders, Women’s, Beginners, Junior Programs and Socials.
- Responsible for increasing participation of existing members and generating new members to the program
- Provide a fun and social atmosphere where members can meet new and existing members
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Certified Squash Instructor Certification or willingness to become certified
- Knowledge of the fitness and squash industry
- Highly organized individual
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Strong management, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Prior coaching experience an asset
- Must be flexible with schedule, as hours will fluctuate with the season, and will also be dependent on scheduled tournaments and league dates
- Competitive Salary plus Commission
