Squash Ontario is thrilled to announce that Slaight Music, one of the great patrons of our sport, will continue to go above and beyond in supporting the development of squash in our province. Slaight Music has been a long time sponsor of all things squash for the better part of a decade and will now join Equity Builders, Jesters of Ontario, Sprott Resources and YDC Pro as Platinum Corporate Partners for the 2018-19 season.
Slaight Music will specifically support the newly launched Provincial Training Center where top professional players will have access to a high quality training environment in their own backyard and top junior and University players will get critical exposure in order to compete internationally at an early age. In addition, Slaight Music will continue to support the growth and development of doubles squash and also remain as a title sponsor for the annual Mark Sachvie Charity Golf Classic which raises funds for junior squash.
Founder Gary Slaight, who is known to often play squash 6 days a week, launched Slaight Music in 2011 with a mandate to support the domestic music community including dozens of up and coming Canadian artists.
