8th ANNUAL CAMBRIDGE CUP - FEB 14-16 2017

The event we all look forward to is back with the 8th Annual Cambridge Cup returning to Toronto in just a few weeks, featuring the best squash players on the planet.

Over the last decade, the Cambridge Cup has established itself as THE premier event on the Canadian squash calendar.  Strategically scheduled between the Tournament of Champions and the Windy City Open, this tournament has a history of attracting the very best players.

Adhering to the lofty standard set in years past, this year's edition boasts the brightest and most dynamic stars in the pro game today.  World Champion Karim Gawad is back, fresh off his World Open victory.  Fan favorite Gregory Gaultier, the 2015 World Champion, is also among the returning players, along with countryman and World #9 Mathieu Castagnet as well as Aussie Cameron Pilley, World #14.

Never resting on his laurels, Cambridge Cup's promoter and 7 time Canadian Champion, Shahier Razik pumped some fresh blood into the draw. Making their first appearance in the tournament are World #7 Tarek Momen, the speedy Colombian Cannonball Miguel Rodriguez, WR #12, former World Junior Champion Diego Elias, WR #22, and the probably the most exciting young player on the Tour, PSA's Most Improved Player of 2016, New Zealand's Paul Coll, WR #20.

A total of 12 matches will be played across seven Toronto venues. The Cambridge Club will host six matches including the two semi-finals and the final. Based on the past history of this event, it is anticipated that event will be completely sold out.  Don't miss your opportunity to attend the highlight of the Canadian squash calendar in what the top pros call 'the tournament of the year'!
