Tournament: Window Film Systems Ontario Doubles Championships

Dates: Nov 17-19, 2023

Registration Deadline: Nov 12, 2023

Divisions: Men's & Women's Open, A, B, C. ($2000 total Prize money for the Open Divisions)

Host Venue: Mayfair Parkway, 50 Steelcase Road East, Markham, Ontario, L3R1E8

Entry Fee: $95 + HST

Start Times: Will be published by end of day on Wednesday and draws will be posted by end of day on the Thursday, the week of the tournament. Requests to change or specific start times cannot be accommodated due to the nature of the event.

Eyeguards must be worn by all players at sanctioned events. Officials will monitor the use of eyewear

Refunds: any withdrawals before the entry deadline will receive a refund less 15% admin fee. Any withdrawals after the entry deadline will not receive a refund

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Once a player has won an Ontario A, B or C Doubles Championship they are not permitted to play in those divisions (with the exception of the Canadian Championships) for a period of two (2) years. Thereafter, if the player wishes to enter an Ontario doubles event at a lower level, they must petition Squash Ontario to reassess eligibility. The player must provide the Squash Ontario Doubles Committee with acceptable rationale for their request. Please note that the skill level of the players partner would not be an acceptable justification for playing down a level.
