Title: How to Master Squash One Step at a Time

What you will learn: Ahad Raza is a mentor, coach, and soon-to-be author for competitive athletes and others who are pursuing excellence in their arena. He facilitates programs for squash, fitness, and more recently the Life-Strong Program - your treasure map to a successful life. Life-Strong incorporates mindfulness training (and many other skills) into squash specific scenarios, and gives you the tools and tactics to achieve your vision. Ahad will offer monthly sessions to walk you through his program, and help you navigate the bumpy road we are leaving behind.
In this training, learn to practice like a world class performer. Discover the process to self-mastery, and then apply it to your own journey! Through various exercises, you will learn: (1) What deliberate practice is (2) How to apply deliberate practice to Squash, school, or your career. You will leave the webinar with your own deliberate practice training template, ready to be used either on or off the court!
