Spine and Shoulder Series: In the spine and shoulder series we will breakdown controlled articular rotations (CAR's) of the spine, scapula, shoulder, elbow and wrists. We will then use progressive and regressive angular isometric loading principles, to create more motor neuron recruitment to the joint. In functional training this is called PAIL's and RAILS's, and is a tool used to create healthy mobility in the joint. Healthy joints enable you to move well, and helps with injury prevention.
