Squash Ontario is pleased to host one of several National Coach Certification Program (NCCP) courses which are required for coaches looking to get certified at the competition-development level, however, the course is open to coaches at all levels and sports.

Date & Time: Friday May 29th 6:00 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Saturday May 30th 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Must attend both days to receive the credit.

Cost: $85.00 + HST ($96.05) ($60.00 + HST = $67.80 For Squash Coaches Only)

Completing Psychology of Performance will allow you to:

• Help athletes learn to manage distractions and use visualization techniques to prepare themselves technically and tactically for training and competition;

• Learn how to work with athletes or teams to identify performance and process goals related to their ability to focus on performance;

• Learn debriefing skills that can be used to help athletes assess their performance in both training and competition.

*Coaches must be 16 or older to access NCCP multi-sport training in Ontario.*
