**All courses require a minimum of 4 participants to run. If a course does not meet this requirement, full refunds will be applied.

Registration deadlines are one week prior to the course start date. Space is limited.  

Refunds of 95% of the total cost will be awarded if the withdrawal occurs more than one week prior to the course start date. E.g. If Friday September 18th is the course start date, participants must withdraw by Thursday September 10th in order to get the 95% refund. Refunds between one week prior to the start date and the start date are subject to a 50% administration fee and no refunds are given after the start date.
