Introduction

  

Welcome to Squash Ontario’s Online Officiating Exam where you can test your knowledge of the squash rules. You may take the online exam as often as you like; each time you take the online exam, the same material will be covered but just asked in a different way.

  

The online exam is open to Ontario residents only. The intent of the Online Officiating Exam is to give people with an interest in officiating squash or improving their personal knowledge of squash rules an insight into the types of questions/answers that are encountered when officiating a squash match.  

  

The online exam consists of 25 questions with a pass being 80% (20/25 questions). Upon successful completion of the online exam, you will be assigned an initial title of “Squash Ontario Entry Level Official” which is defined as an official who knows and understands the rules of squash; therefore, being able to officiate matches under the Squash Ontario structure.  

  

It should be noted that Squash Ontario Entry Level Officials are not Certified Officials; you must complete the Officiating Program certification process that is approved by Squash Canada.
